Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our client portal. We will work with you to find times that accommodate your schedule. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. However, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure quality care. You will be responsible for the full session fee. Fees & Payment Session Fees: • Initial Intake Session (60-75 minutes): $150 • Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $150 • Extended Session (80 minutes): $185 Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
